Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

CDA is primarily scheduling virtual appointments using Zoom video-conference which can be accessed by your home computer, laptop or smart phone.  If you do not have the ability to conduct a virtual appointment from your home, please contact your Child Care Eligibility Specialist or Provider Specialist who can review and assess options available. Only a limited number of appointments may be held at CDA offices. If an appointment is authorized to be scheduled at one of the CDA offices, the meeting will be conducted through video-conference for health and safety reasons.  Please note: No walk-ins are permitted.

To keep our clients and employees safe, we are limiting the amount of clients in our offices at any one time. Please avoid bringing your children or additional guests with you to your appointment. If you need to bring a translator to your appointment, please notify your Child Care Eligibility Specialist or Provider Specialist for prior approval.

We will not be able to conduct your appointment if additional people come with you to our offices due to strict capacity limitations and we will need to reschedule your appointment or conduct your appointment virtually through Zoom.

Appointments are being scheduled in 2 hour blocks to ensure our team has enough time to fully complete the recertification or enrollment process and ensure there is time to answer all of your questions. Please make sure to arrive to your appointment early and bring all the required documentation.
