Request for Proposal: Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Website & Social Media Enhancements

I. Introduction

CDA is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to enhance our brand messaging, visual identity, and digital presence. CDA recently expanded its programs, services and audience, it is essential to refine how we communicate our mission, impact, and offerings through updated copywriting, imagery, and website improvements.

This fast-paced project, set for completion by June 30, 2025, will focus on enhancing program descriptions, refining agency messaging, and upgrading digital assets to improve clarity, engagement, and alignment with our expanding initiatives.

CDA is a community based, multi-service non-profit agency dedicated to creating positive change in our local community. II. Project Goals & Objectives

The selected vendor will be responsible for content development, visual enhancements, and website/social media updates in alignment with CDA’s brand and in collaboration with CDA’s Communications Team including but not limited to:

  1. Refine Program & Agency Descriptions (Copywriting)
    • Develop concise, engaging, and impactful program descriptions that effectively communicate our services and impact.
    • Improve the overall agency description to better reflect our expanded scope and mission.
    • Ensure language is clear, accessible, and audience-friendly for various stakeholders.
  2. Develop New Imagery & Graphics
    • Create visual assets that showcase our programs, services, and impact.
    • Develop infographics, custom icons, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
    • Ensure designs align with our brand identity and messaging.
  3. Website Enhancements
    • Support content updates to reflect new copywriting and visual elements.
    • Improve website navigation, layout, and user experience for better accessibility and information sharing.
    • Ensure the website is optimized for mobile and desktop users.
  4. Social Media Content & Template Design
    • Develop branded social media post templates that align with the new messaging and visual identity.
    • Improve design consistency and engagement across platforms.
    • Provide recommendations on best practices for effective digital communication.

III. Scope of Work

The vendor will be responsible for:

  1. Content Development & Strategy:
      • Refine program descriptions, agency narrative, and impact messaging.
  2. Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation:
      • Design program-specific imagery, infographics, and website visuals.
      • Develop social media templates for consistent branding.
  3. Website Content & UX Enhancements:
      • Implement updated copywriting and imagery into the website.
      • Optimize site layout for better navigation and user experience.

4.Social Media & Branding Support:

  • Create engaging, visually appealing templates for posts.
  • Align social media design with new website content and branding.

Scope of work must be completed by June 30, 2025.

IV. Proposal Requirements

Vendors must submit a proposal that includes:

  1. Company Background & Experience
    • Overview of expertise in copywriting, graphic design, website development, and social media branding.
    • Relevant case studies or past projects.
  2. Proposed Approach & Methodology
    • Strategy for content development, design, and implementation.
    • Project management approach and timeline.
  3. Project Timeline & Deliverables
    • Detailed timeline with major milestones and deliverables showcasing ability to meet completion deadline of June 30, 2025.
  4. Cost Proposal
    • Breakdown of costs, including content creation, design, website updates, and social media enhancements.
  5. Post-Project Support
    • Availability for revisions, training, or continued support after project completion.
