Child Development Associates (CDA) celebrated the conclusion of its annual fundraiser for their Preschool Literacy Program- “Storytime!” The event took place at Hilltop Child Development Center in Chula Vista. Over 40 guests attended, among them donors and community partners who were recognized for their commitment to CDA’s programs.
Beginning July 1, 2019, the California Department of Education (CDE) is required by Senate Bill (SB) 75 to collect business and personal contact information from licensed family child care providers and license-exempt individual providers who participate in any state-funded early care and education program.
We would like to inform all clients doing business with CDA that we have been informed of a suspicious visit made to one of our providers by two individuals posing as CDA employees. The individuals falsely identified themselves as CDA employees offering to send children to their daycare in exchange for payment.
